Programme: Lift your Leadership
As a leader it can be difficult to balance delivery of the current needs of the business with a leadership role which ensures growth for yourself, your team and the organisation.
This workshop is best suited to those who manage others and require formal leadership training. Individuals therefore may be experienced people who want to manage and lead better, or they may be new to their leadership or management role.
Programme: Leading through coaching and influence
It is crucial that today’s leaders have confidence that their people are engaged and delivering for the business. This two day programme ensures leaders embrace coaching skills as a way to develop and empower individuals and are equipped to have the conversations required in order to influence others effectively.
Those individuals who either manage others or have a desire to learn the skills of coaching and influence would most benefit from this two-day programme.
